Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spiralize the zucchinis and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add zucchini noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
- Return shrimp to the skillet, add red pepper flakes, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

- Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor.
- Do not overcook the zucchini noodles to keep them firm.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spiciness.
