Ingredients

- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup granola (sugar-free)
- 1 tbsp chopped almonds
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt with vanilla extract.
- Layer half the yogurt in a glass or bowl.
- Add a layer of mixed berries.
- Sprinkle half the granola and almonds.
- Repeat the layers.
- Top with chia seeds.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes.
