Description

Delicious sugar-free cheesecake bars with a strawberry swirl, perfect for dessert.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free sweetener
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free sweetener
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free strawberry jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix almond flour, melted butter, and 1 tbsp sweetener. Press into a lined baking pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sweetener, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Pour filling over crust. Drop spoonfuls of strawberry jam on top. Swirl with a knife.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
  7. Cool completely before slicing.
