Delicious sugar-free cheesecake bars with a strawberry swirl, perfect for dessert.

- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tbsp sugar-free sweetener
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar-free sweetener
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar-free strawberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix almond flour, melted butter, and 1 tbsp sweetener. Press into a lined baking pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let cool.
- Beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sweetener, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour filling over crust. Drop spoonfuls of strawberry jam on top. Swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
- Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
- Use room-temperature cream cheese for smoother mixing.
- Chill bars for at least 2 hours for best texture.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
