Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or preferred keto sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Blend strawberries until smooth. Set aside.
- Beat cream cheese until creamy.
- Add sweetener, vanilla, and lemon juice to cream cheese. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Swirl in blended strawberries.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
