Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine plums, applesauce, oil, eggs, vanilla, and sugar substitute.
- Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined.
- Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
