Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix almond flour, erythritol, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl.
- Stir in sugar-free caramel sauce and chopped pecans.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
