Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups chopped carrots
  • 2 cups chopped zucchini
  • 2 cups chopped bell peppers
  • 1 cup chopped red onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions
