- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
- 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener (erythritol or stevia)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
- Add eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips if using.
- Pour batter into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes

- For extra fudgy brownies, slightly underbake.
