- ¼ cup powdered erythritol
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups chopped pecans
- ¼ cup sugar-free maple syrup
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix almond flour, erythritol, salt, melted butter, and vanilla to form the crust.
- Press the dough into a lined baking pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Mix pecans, sugar-free syrup, eggs, melted butter, and cinnamon for the filling.
- Pour filling over the crust and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing into bars.

- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- For extra crispiness, toast pecans before adding to the filling.
