Description

A refreshing sugar-free iced tea infused with orange and ginger flavors.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 orange pekoe tea bags
  • 1-inch fresh ginger, sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • Stevia or preferred sugar-free sweetener (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a saucepan.
  2. Add tea bags and ginger slices. Steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove tea bags and let ginger steep for another 5 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea into a pitcher. Discard ginger.
  5. Add orange slices, lemon juice, and sweetener if using.
  6. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  7. Serve over ice.
