Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, sugar substitute, coffee granules, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased 8-inch pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing.
