- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sweetener
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix almond flour, melted butter, and sweetener for the crust. Press into a lined baking dish.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let cool.
- Beat cream cheese and sweetener until smooth.
- Add key lime juice, vanilla, and eggs, mixing well.
- Pour filling over the crust and bake for 25 minutes.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before slicing.
