Description

A smooth and rich chocolate spread without added sugar, made with hazelnuts for a delicious and healthier alternative.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g hazelnuts
  • 50g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Sweetener of choice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Roast hazelnuts for 10 minutes, then remove skins.
  2. Blend hazelnuts in a food processor until smooth.
  3. Add cocoa powder, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend again.
  4. Adjust sweetness if needed with your preferred sweetener.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
