- 200g hazelnuts
- 50g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Sweetener of choice (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Roast hazelnuts for 10 minutes, then remove skins.
- Blend hazelnuts in a food processor until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend again.
- Adjust sweetness if needed with your preferred sweetener.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

- Add a little water if the mixture is too thick.
