Description

A healthy and crunchy sugar-free muesli bar perfect for a quick snack or breakfast.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
  • 1/4 cup seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, or flaxseeds)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free nut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Mix oats, nuts, seeds, and coconut in a large bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine nut butter, applesauce, cinnamon, and vanilla.
  4. Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Press the mixture firmly into the baking tray.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
