Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
- 1/4 cup seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, or flaxseeds)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup sugar-free nut butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Mix oats, nuts, seeds, and coconut in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine nut butter, applesauce, cinnamon, and vanilla.
- Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and mix well.
- Press the mixture firmly into the baking tray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Use natural nut butter without added sugars.
- Adjust baking time for a softer or crunchier texture.
