Description
A sugar-free version of the popular Twix caramel shortbread bars. Enjoy the same great taste without the added sugar.
Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar-free caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown, then let it cool.
- Spread sugar-free caramel sauce over the cooled crust.
- Melt sugar-free chocolate chips and pour over the caramel layer.
- Let it set in the fridge for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
- Use a sugar-free sweetener that measures like sugar.
