Description

A sugar-free version of the popular Twix caramel shortbread bars. Enjoy the same great taste without the added sugar.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown, then let it cool.
  5. Spread sugar-free caramel sauce over the cooled crust.
  6. Melt sugar-free chocolate chips and pour over the caramel layer.
  7. Let it set in the fridge for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars.
