Instructions
- Combine shredded coconut, almond flour, and protein powder in a bowl.
- Add melted coconut oil, almond butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Fold in chia seeds and stir until fully incorporated.
- Scoop the mixture and roll into small balls (about 1-inch diameter).
- Place on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
