- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener (like erythritol)
Instructions
- Line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix shredded coconut, almond butter, melted coconut oil, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, sea salt, and sweetener.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared dish.
- Freeze for 1 hour or until firm.
- Cut into bars and serve.
