Ingredients

- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add eggs, melted butter, and almond milk. Stir until combined.
- Pour half the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Sprinkle cinnamon evenly over the batter.
- Add the remaining batter and top with walnuts if desired.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra sweetness, drizzle with sugar-free glaze.
- Replace walnuts with pecans if preferred.
