Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup erythritol
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add eggs, melted butter, and almond milk. Stir until combined.
  4. Pour half the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon evenly over the batter.
  6. Add the remaining batter and top with walnuts if desired.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before slicing.
