- 3 tbsp powdered erythritol or preferred keto sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Whip the mixture with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Spoon the mousse into serving cups.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark cocoa powder.
- Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more or less sweetener.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
