Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded carrots and apples.
- Add chopped walnuts and mix well.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the dressing over the carrot-apple mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
