Sugar Free Bounty Coconut Bars are a delicious low-carb treat, perfect for those avoiding sugar but craving something sweet and coconutty.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar-free dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions
