A healthy and delicious sugar-free apple pie oatmeal bake perfect for breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 medium apples, diced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix oats, almond milk, apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Stir in chia seeds and walnuts.
- Grease a baking dish with coconut oil.
- Pour mixture into the dish and bake for 25 minutes.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Add a drizzle of sugar-free syrup if desired.
- Substitute walnuts with pecans if preferred.
