Description

A healthy and delicious sugar-free apple pie oatmeal bake perfect for breakfast or dessert.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 medium apples, diced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix oats, almond milk, apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla in a bowl.
  3. Stir in chia seeds and walnuts.
  4. Grease a baking dish with coconut oil.
  5. Pour mixture into the dish and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
