Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix almond flour, sweetener, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Add melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and egg. Stir until combined.
- Roll dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Flatten each ball slightly with your fingers.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges turn golden.
- Let cool before serving.
