- 4 cups water
- 1 tsp stevia powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Peel and dice the winter melon.
- Blend the winter melon with water until smooth.
- Strain the mixture to remove any pulp.
- Add stevia and lemon juice, then stir well.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Serve over ice if desired.

- Adjust stevia to taste.
- Store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
