Description
A sweet and refreshing dessert made with stevia-sweetened chocolate and peppermint.
Ingredients

- 2 cups stevia-sweetened dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup stevia-sweetened white chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candies (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
- Spread the melted dark chocolate evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until set.
- Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler, then stir in peppermint extract, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Pour the white chocolate mixture over the set dark chocolate layer.
- Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top (if using).
- Refrigerate for another 30 minutes or until firm.
- Break into pieces and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- Adjust peppermint extract to taste preference.
- Use high-quality stevia-sweetened chocolate for best results.
