Description

A sweet and refreshing dessert made with stevia-sweetened chocolate and peppermint.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups stevia-sweetened dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup stevia-sweetened white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candies (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
  3. Spread the melted dark chocolate evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until set.
  5. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler, then stir in peppermint extract, vanilla extract, and salt.
  6. Pour the white chocolate mixture over the set dark chocolate layer.
  7. Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top (if using).
  8. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes or until firm.
  9. Break into pieces and serve.
