Description
Sweet strawberries dipped in a sugar-free chocolate coating made with stevia for a guilt-free treat.
Ingredients

- 1 pound fresh strawberries, washed and dried
- 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp stevia powder
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a double boiler.
- Stir in stevia until fully dissolved.
- Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip into the melted chocolate.
- Place dipped strawberries on the parchment paper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
Notes
- Use ripe but firm strawberries for best results.
- If chocolate is too thick, add a bit more coconut oil.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
