- 1/4 cup stevia sweetener
- 1/4 cup caramel syrup (sugar-free)
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded coconut, stevia, and salt.
- Add caramel syrup, egg whites, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
