Ingredients

- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and dry sweet potatoes. Pierce them with a fork.
- Place potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes until tender.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Gently smash each potato with a fork or masher.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Return to oven for 10 minutes to crisp edges.
- Serve warm.
