- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a donut pan with coconut oil.
- Mix almond flour, coconut flour, pumpkin spice, and baking powder in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, pumpkin puree, almond milk, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each mold halfway.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the donuts cool before serving.
