A delicious apple cinnamon loaf with no added sugar, perfect for a healthy snack or breakfast.
Ingredients

- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 2 medium apples, grated
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, combine grated apples, applesauce, coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Add walnuts if using.
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use ripe apples for natural sweetness.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Freeze slices for longer storage.
