Description

A delicious and easy no-bake dessert that combines the flavors of tiramisu and cheesecake in individual cups. Perfect for those who want a sugar-free treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee powder
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Mix almond flour and melted butter to form the crust. Press into the bottom of serving cups.
  2. Dissolve coffee powder in hot water and set aside to cool.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Layer the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the cups.
  6. Drizzle cooled coffee over the top.
  7. Sprinkle sugar-free chocolate chips and dust with cocoa powder.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
