A quick and easy sugar-free chocolate mug cake sweetened with monk fruit.
Ingredients

- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in a mug.
- Add wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Microwave for 60-90 seconds.
- Let cool slightly before eating.
Notes
- Do not overcook or cake will become dry.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Top with sugar-free whipped cream if desired.
