Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup monk fruit sweetener
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
