- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange in a baking dish.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the zucchini.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Add pepperoni slices and sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
