- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Mix parmesan, almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip zucchini fries in beaten eggs, then coat with the parmesan mixture.
- Place fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
