Ingredients

- 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add beef and cook until browned, about 3 minutes. Remove from pan.
- Add broccoli to the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds.
- Return beef to the pan. Add soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Cook for 1 minute, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.

- Slice beef thinly for quicker cooking.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- Serve hot over cauliflower rice for a low-carb meal.
