Ingredients

  • 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add beef and cook until browned, about 3 minutes. Remove from pan.
  3. Add broccoli to the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds.
