- 1 small head cabbage, chopped
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss sausage, cabbage, and onion with olive oil and seasonings.
- Spread evenly on a sheet pan.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring once halfway.
- Serve warm.
