- 4 cups cauliflower rice
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar-free pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix cauliflower rice, mozzarella, parmesan, pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Top with pepperoni and black olives.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh cauliflower rice for best texture.
- You can add other toppings like mushrooms or bell peppers if desired.
