A delicious and healthy low-carb Greek yogurt parfait with fresh berries and chia seeds. Sugar-free and packed with protein.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp almond butter (optional)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with vanilla extract and cinnamon.
- Layer half the yogurt mixture in a glass or jar.
- Add half the berries and half the chia seeds.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, berries, and chia seeds.
- Top with almond butter if desired.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use full-fat Greek yogurt for a creamier texture.
- Adjust sweetness with a sugar-free sweetener if needed.
- Chia seeds will thicken the yogurt over time.
