- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken with the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Grill or pan-sear chicken over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let rest, then slice.
- In another bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, and dill to make tzatziki.
- Assemble bowls with sliced chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and feta cheese.
- Drizzle with tzatziki and serve.
