Ingredients

- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add eggs and melted butter, stirring until well combined.
- Fold in garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
- Scoop dough into 8 equal portions and shape into rolls.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra flavor, brush with melted garlic butter after baking.
- Substitute olive oil for butter if preferred.
