Description

Soft and fluffy low carb dinner rolls made with almond flour, infused with garlic and herbs. Perfect for a healthy side dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add eggs and melted butter, stirring until well combined.
  4. Fold in garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
  5. Scoop dough into 8 equal portions and shape into rolls.
  6. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • For extra flavor, brush with melted garlic butter after baking.
