A quick and easy low-carb version of egg rolls, made with ground turkey and cabbage for a healthy and satisfying meal.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Stir in cabbage, carrots, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables soften.
- Add soy sauce and mix well.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey with ground chicken or beef.
- Add more vegetables like bell peppers if desired.
- For extra heat, increase the red pepper flakes.
