A simple and healthy low-carb quiche without a crust, packed with spinach and feta cheese.

- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a pie dish with olive oil.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Stir in the chopped spinach and crumbled feta.
- Pour the mixture into the greased pie dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- You can substitute heavy cream with almond milk for a lighter version.
- Add diced tomatoes or mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
