Description

A simple and healthy low-carb quiche without a crust, packed with spinach and feta cheese.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a pie dish with olive oil.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Stir in the chopped spinach and crumbled feta.
  5. Pour the mixture into the greased pie dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Let it cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
