Description

A quick and easy low-carb side dish with creamy spinach and parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 oz fresh spinach
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the spinach.
  2. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and stir.
  6. Add parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  7. Cook for 2 minutes until thickened.
  8. Serve warm.
