Ingredients

- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup erythritol
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Whisk eggs, butter, almond milk, and vanilla in another bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Pour half the batter into the pan.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and erythritol mixture.
- Add remaining batter and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Cool before slicing.
