- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce (low-carb)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Layer shredded chicken and spinach in the dish.
- Pour Alfredo sauce evenly over the chicken and spinach.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
