- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 lime, juiced
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add bell peppers and onion to the skillet.
- Sprinkle chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper over the mixture.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables soften.
- Squeeze lime juice over the skillet and stir.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
