- 4 large portobello mushrooms, stems removed
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush mushrooms with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the cheese mixture into the mushroom caps.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
