Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add mozzarella cheese and mix well.
  4. Beat eggs and add to the mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
  5. Roll dough into small balls and place them in a greased baking dish.
  6. Mix melted butter and minced garlic, then drizzle over the dough balls.
  7. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
