A delicious and easy-to-make low carb cheesy garlic pull-apart bread. Perfect for snacking or as a side dish.
Ingredients

- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add mozzarella cheese and mix well.
- Beat eggs and add to the mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
- Roll dough into small balls and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Mix melted butter and minced garlic, then drizzle over the dough balls.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the oven for best texture.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
