A low-carb twist on classic chicken alfredo, using cabbage noodles for a healthier alternative.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage (cabbage noodles)
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir well.
  5. Add parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir until cheese melts.
  6. Add shredded cabbage and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender.
  7. Serve hot.
