A low-carb twist on classic chicken alfredo, using cabbage noodles for a healthier alternative.
Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded cabbage (cabbage noodles)
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir well.
- Add parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir until cheese melts.
- Add shredded cabbage and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use pre-shredded cabbage for quicker prep.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
